Injured on the Job was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Kassandra met a man who claimed to have sailed with Barnabas.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
Kassandra found the man wandering.
- Kassandra: Chaire. Anything you need a mercenary's help with?
- Man: You! You sail aboard the Adrestia with Barnabas!
- Kassandra: How do you know this, stranger?
- Man: I once stood alongside him, until a filthy pirate ran his blade through my back. Now I can barely stand straight. I was replaced by you.
- Kassandra: I had nothing to do with your back or Barnabas' decision.
- Man: Now I'll never get to sail with my son. You took everything from me. Now I'll take everything from you!
(Quest Failed)
- Man: The worst part is I always dreamed of sailing with my son. But with my back, I can't even collect enough wood to build a felluca for him.
- Kassandra: So you want me to give you some drachmae?
- Man: Yes. Any drachmae you can give helps.
("Take this." [50 Drachmae])
- Kassandra: All right. Here it is.

Kassandra gave the man fifty drachmae to him buy a felluca for his son.
