The French and Indian War was a military conflict between 1754 and 1763, which took place between the armies and Native American allies of both the British Empire colonies, and their French colonial counterparts.[1]
A theater of the much wider Seven Years War, the conflict ended with the ceding of Canada and Florida to Britain, and ensured the survival of the Thirteen Colonies.[1]
The future Assassin, Ratonhnhaké:ton, was present during the conflict.[2]
