My Inner Sanctum
"Those who deny freedom for others deserve it not for themselves."
- Abraham Lincoln.
Hey, my name is Arcemz. Welcome to my inner sanctum, I hope you enjoy your stay. Just don't bring any negativity with you, I prefer to keep this place peaceful.
About Me
I've always loved to contemplate those things that captivate me, and was the sole reason that I came across the beautiful universe of Assassin's Creed. It clarified those those few questions that seem to have a million different answers. Why are we here? Who are we? Where did we come from? It opened up a whole new perception of the world for me, with its entire universe set against enigmatic stories of historical truth and conspiracy theories. I love the intrigue that emanates from the game, and it never fails to draw my interest.
I believe that Ubisoft explains more truth in our world than most people realise. Templar conspiracies, a New World Order and the existance of a pre-historical civilization are all things that link inexplicably well with the stories of our day. All in all, I guess it makes you wonder about the world we live in, and whether there is more to it than we think.
By the way, I am always eager to speak with people who share the same interests as me, so feel free to ask if something is on your mind.
May the Creed guide you.
Safety and Peace.
"The Aftershock"
Currently I am working on a Fanon called "Aftershock". Set in the year 2015, it is narrated by an Assassin named Aetos who desperately attempts to revive the Brotherhood after the New World Order was instituted by the Templars at the end of 2012. The Assassins are forced to traverse through the ruins of their wrecked civilization after the Toba catastrophe abolished much of the world's cities, despite the worst of the catacylsm being prevented by the knowledge left by the First Civilization. They gradually begin to undermine the Templar reign by awakening courage within humanity whose freedom was destroyed over two years ago. To aid in this, Aetos and the remaining Assassins endeavour to acquire the lost Pieces of Eden that the Templars never found, whilst striving to gain the ultimate artifact capable of tipping the scales in their favour.

Favourite Assassin's Creed Characters
- Desmond Miles. I don't think people credit him enough. He's among the last Assassins being hunted by the ruthless Templar Order, and he has massive pressure over his head. He's quite possible the only hope of reviving both the Assassins and the First Civilization. Like William Miles said, Desmond is one in ten million, containing large traces of First Civilization DNA in his genes. And remember, Desmond has the most badass ancestry in the world, descending from Aquilus, Altair Ibn-La'Ahad, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Connor Kenway and even Adam.
- Tie between Altair and Ezio. I don't think either one is better than the other. They were both arrogant in their youth, but gradually became wiser with age. I could speak for hours on the effort they displayed each and every day of their lives, but to sum it up I believe they liberated humanity throughout history and kept the Assassins strong for many years during their time and for many years to come in the future. I felt it was more fitting that they died not in a huge brawl, but rather peacefully after they both passed into understanding, and like the Creed states, understanding leads to peace.
- Sofia Sartor. I thought she was a diligant and intelligent character, and her love for books and knowledge matched my own. She was calm and understanding, and I loved her determination to stay with Ezio even after she was drawn into the conflict between Assassins and Templars.
