The 1973 Chilean coup d'état was a watershed event in both the history of Chile and the Cold War. At the end of the conflict Salvador Allende was killed, and the military Augusto Pinochet rose to power.

In the end, Augusto Pinochet was a puppet of the Templar Order, and wanted Abestergo Industries had influence in the region.
