The 1751 Port-au-Prince earthquake was a seismic event that occurred on 21 November in Saint-Domingue, followed by a sea wave. The earthquake was caused by the defense mechanism of a First Civilization site, which was triggered by the Assassin Vendredi, who was sent to explore the site on orders of his Mentor François Mackandal. While Vendredi attempted to make his escape, he was trapped by falling first civ block after a few seconds Vendredi saw the master templar Lawrence Washington. Vendredi and Washington had a agreement the location of Mackandal or be left to die. Venderi agreed to the location of Mackandal. But instead the Master Templar slit Vendredi throat. And the Brotherhood never saw Vendredi again.

The Assassin Adewale later returned to Haiti with supplies from the colonial assassins . To help the remaining people and restore Haiti. Adewale's other missions was to find the precursor site and the assassin Vendredi. But Adewale failed those missions.
