Chaos or Order was a virtual representation of one of Fujibayashi Naoe's and Yasuke's genetic memories, relived through the Animus EGO.[1]
Description
Naoe and Yasuke meets a samurai in Kyoto seeking their help.
Dialogue
The samurai Hatakeyama Yoshimasa spoke to Naoe and Yasuke.
- Hatakeyama Yoshimasa: You look as if you might be able to help with a problem I have. With all the chaos in Kyoto, bandits have become emboldened. Attacks have increased.
- Yasuke: You are samurai. You are trained for such matters.
- Hatakeyama Yoshimasa: There is long-standing bitterness towards us here. Not without reason, I confess. I am known in Yamashiro. If I begin killing, it would be seen as forcing order upon the people.
- Naoe: Would it be different if I do it? The people should decide for themselves if order is needed.
- Yasuke: If I do it, it would be no different. People have their own minds. They must act for themselves.
- Hatakeyama Yoshimasa: You are not known here. If you acted, it would not be misunderstood. The chaos brought by thr bandits causes great suffering. Some order is necessary for the people's protection.
- Naoe: I see. Then I will take care of the bandits to end the people's suffering.
- Yasuke: I see. Then I will take care of them and end the people's suffering.
- Hatakeyama Yoshimasa: Return to me when you are done. So I might thank you.
The samurai bowed as gratitude.
