Story of a Young Boy was a virtual representation of one of Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke's genetic memories, relived through the Animus EGO.[1]

Behind the scenes

This memory does not have any exclusive content, instead being used to mark a point in which the memories that comprise the "Junjiro's Journey" arc—namely, "Raise a Cup", "Eyes on the Future", "A Different Kind of Samurai", "Soup for Sorin", "The Pilgrimage", and "Leaving a Mark"—should have been completed in order to continue the main story.
