The Spanish Civil War was an armed military conflict in Spain from 1936 to 1939, in which the Republicans, in support of the fledgling Second Spanish Republic, allied with the Anarchists to fight against the Nationalists led by General Francisco Franco.
At least two Assassins, Ignacio Cardona and Adams, participated in the conflict on the leftists' side. Cardona also fought alongside Albert Bolden, the former Black Cross of the Templar Order.
