Geneva in 2017

Geneva is a city in Switzerland that lies at the southern tip of the expansive Lake Léman.

History[edit | edit source]

Mina Bergson, later known as 'Moina Mathers', a member of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and later the Assassins, was born in Geneva in 1865.[1]

In 2017, both the Assassin My'shell Lemair and the Templar Black Cross Juhani Otso Berg traveled to Geneva to investigate an old bank account opened by Vetulus de Montanis Ltd, an Assassin-owned company, which had recently received a considerable deposit from the Abstergo Industries-owned Chinon Shipping. This mysterious money transfer from the Templars to the Assassins drew both My'shell's and Berg's suspicion, though before they could receive any answers, they were attacked by several Instruments of the First Will, who left after injuring Berg.[2]

On 11 November 2017, the Assassin Tomo Sakagawa, under the guise of "Dr. Florent Carpentier", took his amnesiac patient Elisa Adler for a day out in Geneva. During a conversation, Elisa revealed she had been using an Animus as part of her treatment with Dr. Nathalie Chapman. Tomo cautioned her against it and suggested that she visit her parents in Madrid, Spain, for her safety.[3]
