Irish War of Independence was a war in which the British nation of Ireland rebelled against the British Crown and from which the Republic of Ireland emerged.

The Assassins supported the rebel side, with the former killer serial and of the same brotherhood member Callum Lynch's ancestor being one of those Assassins involved in the conflict.
