The Austrian Brotherhood of Assassins was the branch of Assassins located in Vienna, Austria.
History
In 1851, the Irish Assassin Oscar Kane, who was stationed in Vienna, ordered a fellow Assassin, Henri Escoffier, to board the Royal Navy frigate HMS Birkenhead, assassinate a target, and find a potential recruit, Simeon Price.[1][2] However, during his time in the city, Kane had secretly begun working with the local Templars, providing them with information in exchange for access to their inventions. By 1852, Kane welcomed Price as his apprentice, who took on the alias "Jack Straw".[3]
