Tom Shallow

Tom Shallow was an English petty criminal who worked for the British Templars in London.

Biography

In 1870, he was confronted by the British Assassin Pierrette Arnaud about the Austrian Templar Countess Konstanze von Visler's whereabouts, though he claimed to know nothing about her. He later sent thugs to attack Pierrette, but she overpowered them and told the group to relay a threat to Shallow: stop his illegal activities or face the Assassins.
