Armen Kazan

Armen Kazan (died 1869) was an art dealer and a member of the Templar Order, operating in Europe during the 19th century.

Biography

Armen Kazan was a member of the Templars and began to have a reputation of being elusive by the Assassins. Kazan was known to swindle socialites and artists to turning or killing Assassin sent after him. To showcase his conviction, he set up Assassins' head as a caution to his enemies. In 1869, Kazan and twelve Templars, including Art Hennighan, were tasked to enter and investigate a cave near a railroad track of fellow Templar Albert Hawkins. With the Ankh, Kazan and his group found the correct location with the slab and began to secure the area.

Placing the Ankh into the slab, Kazan rallied his fellow Templars to witness this historic occasion as the slab began to shake. With the Ankh activated, he watched its power, only to be killed by a shot to the chest by Assassin Pierrette Arnaud, who killed him and most of the Templars there. However, his test proved successful as the Ankh revived a dead horse within the cave and was taken by Art, who escaped Assassins Simeon Price, Gamal Sabry, and Safiya El-Nadi's grasp.
