In Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, Kassandra (or Alexios) can alter her appearance by donning various outfits, also called gear sets. Most gear pieces can be bought from merchants or looted from enemies or chests across Greece to make up Armor Sets. Some may be given as rewards for completing certain quests for people, while others, simply called Outfits, were the result of the Assassin Layla Hassan applying modification patches to the Animus while she relived the mercenary's genetic memories in 2018.

Behind the scenes

Many armor sets have stats and special bonuses that aid Kassandra in combat, though there is no in-universe explanation for how or why these bonuses could apply in the ancient Greek world other than the attributes being Animus features. The armor stats for the Assassin and Hunter classes at level 99 are capped at 4024, while the Warrior's armor is capped at 4427.
