The Spartan War Hero Helmet

The Spartan War Hero Helmet was a helmet which was part of a set of armor crafted to celebrate the Greek city-state of Sparta. It bears a inscription saying ''ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ'', a phrase atributed to Leonidas.[1]

By the time of the Peloponnesian War, the pieces of the set had been divided amongst the members of the Peloponnesian League branch of the Cult of Kosmos, with the helmet in the possession of the Monger.[2] After defeating the Monger in Korinth, the Spartan misthios Kassandra claimed the helmet for herself.[3]

The Spartan War Hero Helmet, a helmet in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the more commonly found Helmet of Ares, but is distinct in colorisation from the latter's two variants.
