Dionysos' Leopard-Skin

Dionysos' Leopard-Skin was a hood that was part of a set of armor inspired by and dedicated to the Greek god of wine Dionysos and his cult. Made from the pelt of a leopard, Dionysos' sacred animal and fabric dyed a rich purple, the headpiece was believed to imbue its wearer with the same regality the god possessed.

During the Peloponnesian War, the hood was made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relieved her memories.[1]
