The Northern Traveler's Gambeson was a leather tunic that was part of a set of armor inspired by the Vikings. Quilted, with fur accents, the tunic promised to keep its wearer warm, despite the weather.
The tunic was made available to Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories.[1]
