Use: Designed to control men's minds and bodies; it has a spot in the headpiece where an Apple of Eden can be placed to enhance the mind control powers, and also open The Vault door. Its bottom end is sharpened and can be used as a spear in combat. It also granted the possessor the ability to conceal his presence entirely and the ability of levitation, though whether these were physical affects, or manipulations of the viewers perceptions remains unknown.
Status: Presumably destroyed in the Tunguska Explosion.
Neutral Ownership: Those Who Came Before, Egyptian Pharaohs, Moses, Saint Peter, Czar Nicholas II, Alexander the Great.
Assassin Associated Ownership: Ezio Auditore da Firenze.
Templar Associated Ownership: Rodrigo Borgia, Rasputin.
