History

In ancient Greece, the sanctuary of Delphi was famous for its Oracle of Apollo.[1]

By the 1st century BCE, Phoebe served as the oracle in the sanctuary in the Green Mountains region of Cyrenaica and was visited by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa.[2]
