Through the Cracks was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan in 2018 through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.[1]

Kassandra helped Alkon to look for his father at the adamant quarry.

Dialogue[edit | edit source]

Kassandra travelled to the Atlantis Latomia, where Damades worked at. There, she found it to be heavily guarded.

  • Kassandra: There's a lot of guards for a quarry. I wonder why.

Kassandra entered the quarry, sneaking into the foreman's quarters. She confronted the Isu Foreman placed in charge of the area.

  • Isu Foreman: Well, isn't this an honor? How'd you get past my guards?
  • Kassandra: I'm looking for Damades.
  • Isu Foreman: And why would the great Dikastes be looking for missing humans?
  • Kassandra: I never said he was missing.
  • Isu Foreman: Very clever, hybrid. When my humans transport adamant to the experimentation chamber, they don't always return. Occasionally they fall through the cracks. Like rats.

  • Kassandra: A little boy is worried about his father. Just tell me where this experimentation chamber is.
  • Isu Foreman: Your compassion for humans is unproductive.
  • Kassandra: Your hatred for humans is self-destructive.

  • Kassandra: Tell me where this chamber is or I'll make you eat your precious adamant.
  • Isu Foreman: Primitive. Violence is all your kind understands.
  • Kassandra: Tell me!

  • Isu Foreman: Fine. It's in the Garden of Kymopoleia. But you're wasting your time. The doors are locked.
  • Kassandra: Then I'll just have to find the key.
  • Isu Foreman: You can try, hybrid.

  • Kassandra: You know, treating humans like vermin will get you killed one day. That day is today.

Kassandra eliminated the foreman.

  • Kassandra: You know, treating humans like vermin will get you killed one day. Consider yourself lucky I'm not making that day today.

Kassandra exited the foreman's quarters.

  • Kassandra: I don't like the sounds of this experimentation chamber. And what do the Isu need with all this adamant?
