Surrey
Surrey is a county in South East England.
History
In 1696, the Assassin Omar Khaled and Sir Isaac Newton travelled to a watermill in Surrey, following a set of coordinates given by the counterfeiter Jack Oliver. There, Omar was ambushed by a worker, later revealed to be another counterfeiter named James Blanchard, who used the mill as his base of operations. Omar overpowered Blanchard, who was later arrested.[1]
In 1852, the Aurora Equestrian Troupe's French acrobat Pierrette Arnaud travelled to Surrey and visited the country home of Countess Ada Lovelace as they both began a friendship. There, the two women discussed Ada's upbringing, especially the controversy surrounding her father, Lord Byron.[2]
