Vé was an Isu and one of the Æsir in Norse mythology.
Mythology
Vé was the younger brother of Vili and Odin and were sons of the siblings Bestla and Borr. They became the first of the Æsir, and when the first human couple, Ask and Embla, was created by the gods, Vé gifted them countenance, speech, hearing, and sight.[1]
Biography
When Vé, Vili, and Odin came across the primordial Ymir, they murdered him, which took a long time due to his huge body.[2] Details about Ymir's murder were later written down and kept in the central vault in Jötunheimr.[3]
