The Port-au-Prince Temple was a Seismic Temple located in a cave near Port-au-Prince.
On 21 November 1751,[1] the Assassin Vendredi entered the temple on orders of his Mentor, François Mackandal, after the latter had discovered the temple's location using the Precursor box and manuscript. Upon touching the Piece of Eden housed inside the temple, Vendredi activated the temple's defense mechanism, which created an earthquake that struck Port-au-Prince and the surrounding areas.[2]
