The Council of Elders is one of the ruling groups of the modern-day Templar Order.
By 2016, it was led by Ellen Kaye. The Council was present at the gathering in London during which Alan Rikkin was killed by the Assassins.
Trivia
- The Council's members appears to have a higher rank than members of the Inner Sanctum of the Templar Order as exemplified by Kaye giving orders to Rikkin.
