Cashing In On the Cow was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
Description
Kassandra returned to Leiandros after completing and collecting the "trials".
Dialogue
Kassandra made her way to Leiandros in Warrior's Rest to turn in the Pre-Trial Tokens.
- Kassandra: I have your malákes Tokens. No more games, no more schemes to rob me of my drachmae—It's time to slay a Minotaur!
- Leiandros: Absolutely, misthios! No problem! But first! Perhaps you'd like to buy back your exquisite, finely-crafted Trial Tokens? This offer will expire in—
- Kassandra: BY THE GODS!
- Leiandros: They, uh make for fantastic gifts!
- Leiandros: Then all that's left is facing our star attraction himself—THE MINOTAUR! Are you ready to meet your doom?
(Accept – "Bring on the Minotaur.")
- Kassandra: If your "Pre-Trials" are anything to go by, yes. Yes I am.
- Leiandros: Well, good! GREAT! I WANT you to fight the Minotaur! You'll find the beast in the depths of the Cave of the Brave on the Dikte Plateau. Two other warriors have just completed their Pre-Trials—you can speak to them for more information. They'll join you when you're ready to, you know, die horrifically.
- Kassandra: You've come all this way—join us.
Leiandros chuckled nervously.
- Leiandros: No, no, no, no. I have a very important... pottery lesson to attend! So...
Leiandros took off.
Outcome
Kassandra reported her completion of the trials to Leiandros. She was then asked by him to join the other warriors in facing the Minotaur.
Trivia
- The name of this quest is a play on the marketing term "Cash Cow" meaning a company has a high market share in a slow-growing industry, often resulting in major cashflows with little effort.
