Atlantis Destroyed was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
The sun dawns and shines on the Minoan ruins of Thera. Kassandra returns back up from the gateway and sees Barnabas walking back and forth while Herodotos sits on a wooden bench—both seem to be waiting for her.
They move closer to each other.
Kassandra crosses her arms.
Herodotos turns sour and walks away.
Herodotos looks back and smiles.
It might be implied that they talked all day until sunset, ending with them walking to the beach where the Adrestia is anchored nearby. They continued to talk while looking at the ship and the sunset.
Barnabas titters.

Regardless, Barnabas agrees sportively.
Herodotos plays along.
Kassandra laughs nervously.
Herodotos moves closer to her.
She turns to him, smiles, and they do a forearm handshake. They all conversed for a little longer.
Kassandra returns from the gateway to the ruins to find Barnabas and Herodotos. She talked to them of what had transpired and reflects on it.
