Ancient Revelations was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.
With all the Artifacts returned, Kassandra discovered the knowledge kept hidden and a means to seal Atlantis forever.
Kassandra walks over to her father.
Pythagoras considers for a moment.
Pythagoras walks to the center while looking above in awe.
Pythagoras contemplates, then nods his head in agreement.
Pythagoras looks at his staff for the last time, and reaches it out to give to Kassandra.
Kassandra reflects on it while looking at the staff. She nods in comprehension.
She reaches out to take hold of the staff. Pythagoras yanks the staff towards him with Kassandra for her to move closer while holding the staff.
Kassandra nods then, satisfied, Pythagoras lets go of the staff, and his eyes and mouth suddenly radiates in golden, bright light.
The light exhausts from him as though his life is draining away. He begins to fall, but Kassandra lets go of the staff and quickly catches him to gently lay him down. She lets his head rest on her hand and he draws his last breath. She holds his lifeless hands and puts it over his chest before standing up. Kassandra gives him a moment of silence.
She picks up the staff and jumps over to an upright stone slab shaped like a transmitter. She uses the staff to seal Atlantis and it briefly flashes as it activates.
After they listened to Aletheia's messages, Pythagoras changed his mind for a while to learn more about the Isu and human origins to eventually acquire their power before Kassandra convinces or forces him to let go of the staff. Pythagoras expires as she acquired the staff and, it being the final piece, used it seal the gateway to Atlantis.
