Otus was a human male who was part of a project conducted by the Isu Aita.

One of four males of eight test subjects used Isu scientist Aita, Otus grew up within an underground testing facility. Like the others he had an own cell that connected to a main room. Having grown up without knowledge of the outside world he had the brain capacity of a child and never leared any people skills. This resulted in him often offending his fellow captives, resulting in him being hit until he was bruised and bloodied.[1]
