Left for Dead was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Kassandra approached a statesman in Phokis, and was tasked to deal with bandits.
Dialogue[edit | edit source]
- Kassandra: Chaire, statesman. I don't suppose you could use a mercenary's help today? / Need something, statesman?
- Man: I'm losing everything. Not only was my brother Elpenor murdered, but my whole political career is about to disappear, too.
- Kassandra: I know what it's like to lose family. Toughest thing you'll ever face in your life.
- Kassandra: Elpenor? Can't say I've heard of him.
- Man: Elpenor was a kind and wealthy man. He financed my love for politics and protected me from harm. And now that he's gone, I risk losing everything I have left.
- Kassandra: Is there something I can do?
- Man: Ever since my brother disappeared, bandits have been attacking me. They're after the family fortune, and I'm left defenseless. If they take the money from me, then I can't continue my political career.
- Kassandra: And you're hoping I'll kill all the bandits?
- Man: I beg you.
(Accept - I'll hunt the outlaws.)
- Kassandra: All right. I'm in. / I'll handle this.
- Man: Get this done quickly. / Thank you. Please be discreet.
- Kassandra: You can leave everything to me.
Kassandra left the man and found the bandits' camp outside the city. She slew them all and then returned.
- Man: You're back. Have you killed them?
- Kassandra: I took care of them. Every last one.
- Man: Excellent work, my friend. Please, take this.
- Kassandra: Thank you.

Kassandra dealt with the bandits and returned to claim her reward.
