William King Harvey
William King "Bill" Harvey (1915 – 1976) was a high-ranking Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer and member of the American Brotherhood of Assassins who founded the Bloodstone Unit led by Boris Pash. After secretly defecting to the Templar Order, he acted as a double agent within the Brotherhood and escalated the United States' involvement in the Vietnam War to further the Templars' goals.
Biography[edit | edit source]
In November 1963, after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Harvey met with the Assassin Alekseï Gavrani, who handed him the president's Apple of Eden. They both discussed how Boris Pash was disregarding the Creed as Harvey informed Gavrani that they were powerless to stop Pash and his Bloodstone Unit since each Assassin cell acted independently and only the Mentor could order an internal punishment. Without any alternatives, Harvey convinced Gavrani to become his Agent QJ/WIN again to end Pash's clandestine operations.[1]
On 4 August 1964, Harvey met with Pash aboard the USS Maddox near Vietnam and took possession of his Apple of Eden. After Pash reprimanded him for Gavrani's attack on him and his unit, Harvey revealed his allegiance to the Templars. He then strongarmed Pash to work for the Templars and surrender all his research on the Pieces of Eden and memory resurrection to Dr. Warren Vidic, who had just helped with the delivery of Pash's daughter Nathalie. After Pash reluctantly complied under threat of never seeing his daughter again, Harvey departed with the Apple while Nathalie was left in Vidic's care.[2]
