Diokles' funeral

Diokles (died c. 431 BCE) was a fisherman and a former soldier who fought for Athens in its military during the Peloponnesian War. The father of Timotheos and Lykinos, he was killed by a group of bandits led by Hypatos, to whom he owed money.[1]
