Temenos of Zeus Ainesios was a shrine located at the top of the tallest mountain in the Ancient Ruins of Kranioi in Kephallonia, Greece.
According to the story, two of Jason's Argonauts prayed there for Zeus' aid in defeating the winged monsters known as Harpies.[1]
Around 431 BCE, the misthios Kassandra explored the place.[2]
