Orchimedes was a Greek poet who lived during the Peloponnesian War.

The son of the famed poet Praxilla and Achaikos, Orchimedes embarked on a journey to look for her mother after she abandoned her family to pursue her dreams of being a travelling poet. While initially attempting to seek revenge, Orchimedes eventually made up and reunited with Praxilla with the help of the misthios Kassandra.[1]
