Phaistos Village (Ancient Greek: Φαιστός) is a site in the Greek island of Crete. In classical antiquity, it was located in the Minos' Legacy region in Messara.

Formerly a polis, Phaistos was largely destroyed by the neighboring city, Gortyn, which coveted the former's territory. It was also known for having the second largest Minoan palace on the island (after Knossos Palace), where the Phaistos Disk was found in 1908.

By the 5th century BCE, during the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra passed by the village that was all that remained of the city.[1]
