Hektor was a Spartan soldier serving Myrrine, the oligarch of Naxos Island, during the Peloponnesian War.
Biography
When Myrrine called Sparta to aid with Naxos Island's belligerent neighbor, Paros Island, Hektor was among those who came.
When the Parian forces landed on a Naxian beach, Hektor fought on the beach alongside Myrrine, her daughter the misthios Kassandra, Timo and others.[1]
Trivia
- Despite being Kassandra's ally through Myrrine, Hektor can be knocked out and recruited as a lieutenant for the Adrestia.
- He shares his name with a Trojan prince in Homer's Iliad, who was famous for killing Patroklos and his own subsequent death at the hands of Achilles.
