Doom Eagle is an international criminal organization based in Southeast Asia. Led by the Assassin Nathan Zhang, it often worked alongside the Zhawang Corporation led by Nathan's relative Claire Zhang, handling the company's "dirty work".

Boarding a speedboat, he and his men, who were riding jetskis, attacked the diving bell ship that Noa, Yuki and Sei were on.[9] While his men fought the ship's guards, including several Sigma Team operatives, Nathan helped Noa, Sei and Yuki escape with the amulet and brought them to a Zhawang Corporation safehouse in Singapore.[10]
