The Sieged Plains was a region of Attika, Greece, standing right outside the walls of Athens. The landscape was marred by warfare, and temporary military camps had been set up here and there.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the region.[1]

The women in the region were known for wearing bracelets of a particular style. This served as one clue to the whereabouts of Leda, wife of Barnabas, when Kassandra and Barnabas set out to look for her due to the latter's lotus flower wine-inspired visions.[2]
