Nikios (died 420s BCE) was a Messaran adventurer who lived during the Peloponnesian War.
Nikios attempted to enter the Labyrinth of Lost Souls beneath the Knossos Palace to steal a treasure belonging to the Minotaur, leaving his young son, Ardos, behind to wait for him. Unfortunately for Nikios, he was no match for the beast in the labyrinth.[1]
