Irene Egli was a member of the Swiss Brotherhood of Assassins based in Zürich during the 19th century.

Biography[edit | edit source]

By the 1870s, Irene Egli had retired from frontline Assassin missions due to her old age, but remained loyal to the Brotherhood, providing the Swiss Assassins her family home to use as a hideout.[1]

In 1880, Irene and the Assassins were forced to relocate after their British Assassin ally Simeon Price was betrayed by his lover and former Templar turncoat Konstanze von Visler. For fear of Irene's safety and the possibility of the Brotherhood being compromised, the Swiss Assassins burned down Irene's home and moved to a new safehouse.[2]
