- "Comprising the Ancient capital of Egypt to the east of the Nile and the Necropolis to the west. Thebes Nome is the fourth province of Upper Egypt."
- ―Description about Thebes Nome.[src]

The Thebes Nome was the fourth nome of Upper Egypt, comprising the city of Thebes, which served as its capital, as well as the necropolis located west of the Nile. During the 1st century BCE, Tychon served as the Nomarch of the region.
History[edit | edit source]
Around 38 BCE, the nome and the city was plagued by a "curse"; various deceased pharaohs from the New Kingdom period were seemingly brought back from the dead and were terrorizing and killing civilians in the region. This led the Hidden Ones Mentor, Amunet, to send her ex-husband Bayek to investigate.[1]
