The Lighthouse keeper was the man charged with the caretaking of the Lighthouse of the Father of Ajax on the southern tip of Isle of Salamis in the 5th century BCE.

During the Peloponnesian War, a local gang of bandits, called Terrors of Kyknos, attacked the lighthouse and stole its valuables, including the Golden Feather of Ajax. This ordeal terrified the lighthouse keeper.[1]

Later, tasked by the pirate-queen Xenia to find the feather, the Spartan misthios Kassandra spoke with the man and promised to deal with the bandits as appropriate.[1]
