Tom Shallow was an English petty criminal who worked for the British Templars in London. In 1870, he was confronted by British Assassin Pierrette Arnaud about the Austrian Templar Countess Konstanze von Visler's whereabouts. However, Shallow responded to know nothing about her. In repsonse, he sent thugs after her for her attack. However, Arnaud overpowered his thugs and told them to tell Shallow to stop his business or the Assassins will.[1]
