The Temple of Aphrodite was a temple dedicated to the Greek goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite, located in Aphrodite's Watch on the isle of Kythera.
Near the temple was a smaller shrine as well as an open-air altar.[1]
During the Peloponnesian War the misthios Kassandra visited the temple, finding one of the Ainigmata Ostraka within.[2]
