"Whatever you're after, you're too late. They're all gone... dead or mad."
―Aristomachos to Kassandra, 420s BCE.[src]-[m]

Aristomachos was a Greek man who lived during the 5th century BCE.

Biography

"Search the caves. That's where they'll be hiding. Beware though, they're beyond reason."
―Aristomachos warning Kassandra, 420s BCE.[src]-[m]

During the Peloponnesian War, Aristomachos was part ofa group who were on the trails of an ancient stele dating back to the Mycenaean period. After finding it in the Tomb of Orion in Boeotia, a fight occured over the ownership of the stele which left Aristomachos injured, while his brethens departed for a cave nearby.[1]

After a while later, Aristomachos was found by the misthios Kassandra, who was also tracking down the ancient stele. Aristomachos directed her to where his fellow brethens may have went to, warning her they had gone mad and were beyond reason.[1]
