Pactyas (died 412 BCE) was a member of the Order of the Ancients who led the Order of Hunters against Darius and the Tainted Ones during the 5th century BCE.

Formerly a Persian elite and a friend of both Amorges and Artabanus, he joined the former after the latter attempted to assassinate King Artaxerxes I.

Leading a small branch, Pactyas pursued Artabanus, now known as Darius, across Persia and eventually to Makedonia, Greece.
