Lake Como is a lake of glacial origin in Lombardy, Italy.

History

In the autumn of 1854, Lake Como was visited by the former soldier, Simeon Price, who wanted to find some peace and stability in his life. Near the lake, a villa run by an Italian woman named Laura housed any travelers, especially Simeon Price, who used the alias, "Jack Straw."
