Kingdom of Pelops was the name given to the northwestern region of Elis, Greece, housing the capital of the whole region, Elis. According to the myths, it was renamed thusly after the King Pelops gained control of the area from King Oinomaus.

Around 431 BCE, the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, visited the region.[1]
