Fabrice Sabourin (born c. 1850) was a member of the French Brotherhood of Assassins who operated in the mid-19th century.

Prior to the Franco-Prussian War, Fabrice and his younger brother Jules worked for the Parisian Assassin leader Michel Moulin at his glass factory, and aided both him and the British Assassin Simeon Price with sabotaging the German telegraph lines in an attempt to help prevent the outbreak of war between France and Prussia.[1]
