The Eyes of Kosmos was one of the seven branches of the Cult of Kosmos. The members of the Eyes of Kosmos were the Cult's main source of information throughout Greece in classical antiquity.

History

Splintering sometime after the formation of the Cult of Kosmos, the Eyes of Kosmos valued information above all else. For they believed that those who had the right information could control the war.[1]

A group of bankers, slave masters, politicians, and other socialites who used whatever means at their disposal to gather information the Cult could use as it saw fit. Seeming like regular citizens of society, the Eyes would nonetheless spy on the wealthy and important individuals of both Sparta and Athens. The information gathered they would then use to their own ends.[1]

In 431 BCE, Kassandra tracked down each member of this branch and killed them, eventually gaining enough information on the identity of the Sage in charge, and killing her as well, thus putting an end to the Cult's information-gathering operation.[2]
