The Epidauros Sanctuary was a temple located within the Sanctuary of Asklepios in Argolis, Greece. It housed a large statue of the Greek god of healing, Asklepios, and its walls were decorated with images of snakes as well as clay figures of ailing body parts, left by the patients seeking cure.
During the Peloponnesian War the misthios Kassandra visited the place.[1]
